14. My car broke down at 1130pm one December night. It was cold and as i waited for the tow truck it only got colder. My car wasnt turning on and i had 0 heat. Some flood lights pulled up behind me, i was blinded by the lights and thought it was the tow truck (it had already been 11/2 hours since i called). I was so excited i got out of my car and waved them down. "Hey!" I yelled. Thats when I noticed it was a police suv.
    I kid you not this happened.
    "Get your fucking hands up?!?!" The voice screamed at me.
    "What? I called a tow truck."
    "Get your fucking hands up right now! Put them on the back of the car!"
    Well at this point was annoyed but fearful because i figured he had a gun pointed at me. I put my hands on the back of my car. Mother fucking cop comes prancing up like he just won a painball match and said "cant be too careful."
    I explained my situation. He said "oh ok. As long as your ok." Then got in his car and left. While i sat there in negative degree weather with a broken car. He did 0 serving the public.
