  1. Obviously, this isn't news to anyone. Sorry, my kids haven't been in the public school system, so this was news to me. I suppose the type of people who would fight these government policies with lawsuits just don't use the public school system at all so it's been allowed to continue for decades?

  2. James, that has been true since my children were in school, and that was 15 years ago. Our neighbors were appalled when we told them we would not declaw our children. Our children had better not throw the first punch, but they were allowed to finish it, with our blessing. If they were suspended, either my husband or I would take off work and take them out for ice cream.

As I said, out neighbors were shocked. Too bad!

  3. Yes its pathetic i hired privet teacher martial arts for my son in the service he was allready as good or better than some instructors o ua some punks in school learned the hardway not to f with other kids

  4. At my sons old school, their policy is to punish the bully and the victim the same, with or without physical violence. So if the teacher overheard a kid calling another kid names, the kid getting called names gets in trouble as well.

  5. My daughter was taught to never throw the first punch. If someone were to hit her, she 100% better defend herself. I told her if she gets suspended from school not to worry because I will have ice cream waiting for her when she gets home to lay on the couch and watch her favorite TV show and eat her ice cream. The only way to stop a bully is to show them you’re not gonna deal with that shit.

  6. One of my daughters was being bullied in school. I called. They asked which one. I wouldnt tell them. I said if it doesnt stop, shed be defending herself and if she got kicked out, id see thrm in court. A week later it hapoened. I called the school. They said she was getting kicked out. I went recapped my previous conversation with them. When the called back, she was not being kicked out. Stand up for your kids. Inform them that your child will defend themselves. IT IS THEIR RIGHT TO DO SO!

  7. So I wonder if Russia attacked the United State today we would just let them?!? This country has turned into the biggest joke and a lame pu$$y.
