Cops Bust Man for Wearing Uniform in Social Media Posts – Everything Law and Order Blog

@Copwatchtv obtained body camera footage of New Mexico State Police investigating an incident involving a TikTok comedian. The man posted himself in a New Mexico State Police uniform that he took from a dry cleaners rack.

The police went and found him to talk to him about taking the posts down and if he didn’t the possible charges he could face.

  1. Yeah so dude is lucky that charges were dropped against him. Why would you wear someone elses clothes too? Not cool to do to your friends man cause he could have gotten in trouble too. Hopefully he learned his lesson.

  2. So this nobody, who can’t keep his lies straight, thinks anyone believes him when he says “he doesn’t run his own account” I wonder who was confused as hell when he called

  3. Cops who do not know their job. Im a fan of cops. Just not cops like this. Like the kid who did one class in college and think they lived.

  4. The fact that they really went out their way to watch HIS tik tok or Snapchat or whatever it was, go to his parents house while he’s at work, and adbmately trying to talk to him but he can’t cause he’s at work, they talking about they have all day to wait on him, he says he can’t get off and they saying they can’t wait and that they have to speak with him, then when he’s telling the truth, they still think every word he’s lying and then goes to his job and he still was telling the truth.. just a total waste of time

  5. Ya you owe on it im a small business what you just expect free service i thought you were worried about your values as a officer then you just exoect to walk out without paying a small business owner. Your values dont support the local small business owners cleary

  6. They won’t prioritize, arrest, or prosecute robberies, assault, or fentanyl sales, but two officers are quick on the scene for a TikTok goofball wearing a uniform?

  7. Fact is while he did misuse state property he had his first amendment violated. He is entitled to his opinion and voice. Truth or not. He did a skit. They admitted several things they knew including chain of commsnd santa fe feelings police enforcement. Sorry but fact is guys gonna win his lawsiit on this.

  8. If their uniform was dear then ehy do they allow to be paid to have it in music videos and movies. Guess its all dear when dollar signs pkay part. Reality is clearly feelers case witg law enforcement admitting they knew he was a local skit actor. Hes glnna win his lawsuit big time. 💯

  9. Cant have skit videos 😂 nmsp is gonna be paying dear for this. He will ein big time. He at nost has mis use of state property a petty misdemeanor. Hes gonna win his lawsuit. Its a demoxrat no qualified immunity state as well.

  10. You're not under arrest we just wanna talk, proceeds to arrest 😂 stfu never answer questions. But he never claimed to be anything nor was in public. He clearly did skit for acting. While he misused state property petty misdemeanor he never stole nor impersonated. Didn't have a shield nor duty belt. Clearly hurt feelings by NMSP. He has filed a multi mill lawsuit for defamation and wrongful arrest. He more than likely will win.

  11. I mean some of what he says about the cops ia true. I got busted with oz's of the white powder and a stolen gun. The gun was very expensive and had great modifications. The cop ended up letting me go but he stole the gun i stole lmao.
