These 2 female officers should have quit and let 2 men get hired. The performance of women in high stress situations is horrible. Sure there is a rare exception but lets be real about women cops. They cause more harm than good, they all take medical retirement and they can't handle high stress situations, always need backup (MAN) and of course they are slower/weaker ect. Who really thinks they could do anything man can do, they do everything worse. Exception is detective/desk ect. I'm talking about women needing to use physical abilities with criminals.
