The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Felix Arroyo Contreras. Mr. Felix was last seen leaving his residence at 8xx E Westmoreland Street on Sunday, July 14, 2024, at approximately 1:00 AM.
He is 79 years old, 5’7″, and weighs 146 lbs., with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and black pants.
