The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered person, Lawrence Baldwin. Lawrence was last seen by his family on May 28, 2024, at his residence on the 5700 block of West Girard Avenue.
Lawrence Baldwin is 33 years old, stands 5’5†tall, and weighs 230 pounds. He has brown eyes and braided black hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, green pants, and white and yellow sneakers. Lawrence is known to frequent the areas of 13th and Spring Garden.
