I guarantee this had nothing to do with children viewing a butt cheek but had everything to do with husbands of jealous wives taking a peek at what’s walking by. Whether it be a wife that’s let herself go or one that’s naturally heavy. Mine could not get away with wearing a thong but mine isn’t so insecure enough to care about a woman that can. To go one better, she’d point it out to me in case I missed it.
The ordinance specifically states that the buttock must not be exposed. Her behind is displayed in such a way that a little child would say that she is naked. This was the case with public indecency and the corruption of the morals of minors. These perverts must stop bending the rules to their depravity.
