On July 10, 2024 on 44th Street between Madison & Vanderbilt Avenue in Manhattan…..as a black guy had parked his vehicle ,2 Plainclothes MTA Officers approached the vehicle without propable cause and unlawfully directed the man to exit his vehicle without Reason.
Both the car & his license was clean, however, since the vehicle had “Maryland License Plates”, these officers unlawfully and without reason had asked the occupants to exit the vehicle so that they can unlawfully search the vehicle, which is a 4th Amendment Rights Violation & NOT A FELONY STOP…..However, since the driver began to assert his Rights, the officers grabbed him out of his vehicle and began to grab the driver without reason which prompt the driver to defend himself from a officer who began throwing punches at him, hitting him in the face several times.
The driver had parked his car legally, the drivers license & car was clean and the driver had not committed any violation or crime, just a Black motorist with Clean Out-Of-State plates.
