I found a coffee lid that acts as a hidden camera and sent it inside a scam call center India. The footage exposes what goes on behind these scam operations. It also allowed me to have some fun with them 🙂

Here’s a link to the camera I used in this video: https://amzn.to/3xSMMPD

  1. did you get JB's authorization to show his eyes and forehead, and are you all wearing respirators beyond the studio (since I see he's only wearing a surgical mask and you not even, and I am, although this is toxic parasocial of me, concerned that y'all are risking each other because COVID is still a thing)?

  2. the scammers aren't that smart, the only benefit they have is there is no one actually hunting them down or punishing them for their crimes. they do what they do with total freedom and zero worry.

  3. This video is too painful to watch for someone from India. Couldn't even make it through the first couple of minutes. The amount of shame is just too much. Even though I don't live there anymore.

  4. I really like how this and other channels really get to them. I'm also conflicted about the fact that those same scammers are also watching your videos, and now they probably will inspect any coffee cups that enter the buildings, or ban any drinks from the outside. They will just keep plugging their own security holes until it will be near impossible to get in. You guys need to do a massive operation, and only then release the videos on youtube 🙂 But having said all that. Amazing work mate!

  5. This is just so funny for me, I've been working as a phone jockey for about a decade now half that time I've been working from home though thank God, but I am always curious what other call centers look like, I've only been inside 4. I did not sneak in any camera though so I can't share any they wouldn't let us bring cell phones in except for the last 2 I've worked for. But I worked in sensitive stuff like banking and insurance, not sells or scams. I did start out working for a scam call center Czar Marketing out of Johnson City TN, they do those time share scams, they had once been shut down by the state for selling time shares they didn't even own the property for, complete frauds. I worked there 30 days till someone explained what I was doing, then thank the Lord I had another job offer so I was able to walk out and right into a new job the next day.
Sad and pathetic but alot of these call centers you have shown over the years usually look nicer than half the ones in Tennessee that I've worked in and I'm not kidding, usually there is pen marks on the cubical walls and heavy wear on the desks and chairs and carpets, usually bed bugs and roaches as well. Thank God I never brought any bugs home last place I worked on site for was sending out emails about the bed bugs it was so bad.

  6. I hope you know you put your friend in danger. Here the scamers are a joke in india they will kill somebody for somthing like this. And they now know when he was told to be hired and when he brought the cup in so they can find out who was the one who brought in the cup. If you get a local to do this make sure he knows what he is getting into.

  7. The shrine for good luck is fascinating. Causing suffering to others by stealing what is not yours… and then justifying that with reason.
Kind of shows how delusional and detached from reality they really are.

  8. I understand that not all Indians are scammers but its not helping either. I used to work with a younger Indian guy whose mom was a real eatate agent. When she calls customer support to any company, she doesnt want to talk to anyone who sounds like they are from India.
