Kimberlee Singler faces a long list of charges in the murders of two of her two children, Ellie Wentz, 9, and Aden Wentz, 7. Singler and her ex-husband were in the middle of a contentious custody battle over visitation in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Singler was taken into custody in the United Kingdom late last year after being charged with murdering her children and injuring her oldest daughter in what police said was a staged burglary call. UK is even softer on crime than the US

Reminded of when Canada kept hold of Charles Ng so long. Not at all equivalent, but smells the same. The UK only arrests people for Patriotism right now.
Its puzzling that this is news, but no other western countries, certainly not English speaking, have the death penalty. Its inconceivable to citizens of many other countries that we still do it in this country and will not extradite due to moral or ethical beliefs. Thou shall not kill, and all that.
Life without parole is for serious genocide, war crimes. I agree that the UK and the rest of Europe will not allow this kind of punishment.

A few years ago, an American woman, driving on the wrong side of the road🙈 here in England, killed a 19 year old😱. Despite his parents being granted audience with the President she was never extradited and till date has escaped justice 😤😡☹️😱🤷🏽♂️
Here in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧, we tend not to lock people up indefinitely and throw away the key especially when mental illness is a factor 🤷🏽♂️
There are clearly some mental health problems going on here ☹️

Great Britain is NOT in the EU so life without parole IS allowed in Britain where it is called a Whole Life Tarrif.

I bet he couldn’t get custody because law always favours the mothers side, I know situations where the kids are safer with their fathers but they have problems getting the court to see it that way, in this case it was too late.
