Bad wheel bearing? Wheel bearing noise? Learn how to replace a wheel bearing in your car or truck. In this video I show you how to replace a front or rear wheel bearing hub assembly. With this wheel bearing replacement you need to remove the axle nut, the brake caliper and rotor, and unbolt the bad wheel hub bearing assembly. It is that simple! I show you how to replace the wheel bearing at home using common hand tools, and this time the video is an ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) video with high quality audio!

Guys, what is the part he removes at 5:02? I keep getting the wrong answers on the internet 🙁
Chris really won a super ASMR video. 😁
Chris's neighbors:
"Honey, come here. That guy over there is being oddly quiet today. Should we check on him?"
What was the white paint marker for?
Liked but you gotta do another on but talking like half of the time tbh
Why didn’t you torque the wheel lugs while it was on the ground under load? That’s bad if you don’t 14:47
I know it's an april fools joke but as a person who expiriences ASMR this video is amazing. It's informative, relaxing, straight forward and enjoyable. I would love to see more tho I know it won't happen
Someone may have told you this, but if u back out all the bolts holding in the wheel bearing except for a few threads, you could put an extension or socket behind it to hit something solid while turning the steering wheel with the vehicle running.
That bearing was really shot, on my A class it had 0 play but it sounded like a jet engine
0:48 not me tryna see your face through the reflection of your bumper
Not gonna lie I was expecting a full on Simon Fordman style video with no talking whatsoever and I got that. Lol 👍
Just replaced both rear hubs. I was prepared for a nightmare of a job, living on coastal Australia, everything gets rusty here, and having a 2001 rav4. To my surprise, both popped out as soon as I've undone the bolts holding the hubs. Shocked and relieved I've thanked the automotive gods for looking out for me and carried on! Thanks Chrisfix for elaborate video. This was my first time fixing anything mechanical on the car and watching your videos helped out a lot with building confidence that I could possibly do it myself
Would it matter if I used copper anti seize instead?
6:10 guys every night

When's the ASMR yelling come into play?
Excellent video, to the point and without wasting the first two minutes on "credits" and boring, redundant intros. Wish this had been done on a late'50's era classic car with drum brakes since that is my project, but still this was interesting.
Yeah my ball bearing needs to be replaced but I’m just driving it until it locks up car ain’t worth putting more money into
I don't have the tools or the patience for this DIY on my car well off to the mechanic i go for this One they got the time I just need the money LoL
What was the silver paste
Beautifully said!
Nicely done
First Asmr from Chris Fix
No way we got ChrisFix ASMR before GTA 6
When I saw it, I honestly thought he lost his voice
So, in other words, take it to a mechanic.
I thought I was the only one blowing ‘em up gloves. 😂
Do you need to get the wheels calibrated or are you good to go?
how many foot pounds of torque was every bolt in this video?
He just makes everything look easy 😒
Why would someone pull up on a Johnson bar while trying to free the hub nut?
🤣
Better zen enducing than most guided meditations
Thank you for this this cures my 4am insomnia 2:14
Its so shiny. 😊
no way he did an asmr video 😂
