The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 48-year-old Michael Garruto, a mobile mechanic who resides on the 100 block of W Allens Lane. Michael was last known to be in the area of 2000 Ellsworth Street on September 13, 2024, working on a vehicle in his white 2009 Chevrolet Express box truck, Pennsylvania license plate #ZWV-8800.
Michael is described as 5’9″, weighing 240 pounds, with brown eyes, greying brown hair, and a full beard. His clothing at the time of his disappearance is unknown.
