Dealerships are where the hacks go anyone in the biz knows this..i know dealer ships that don’t even have DRPS(direct repair programs from insurance companies) in collision because no one is certified..who do you think, now put yourself in their shoes who do you think is going to give you the best experience from beginning to end? A husband and wife family owned business who put their heart and souls Let alone hardwork and passion oh and not to mention it’s their livelihood..or a corporate conglomerate? From experience and being an owner I can tell you we even offer lifetime warranties that dealers do not. Find yourself a reputable family owned business and you’ll never go wrong, or go with the multimillion dollar hack show with the owners playing golf…

How would they even find out that the car has a salvage title? That's none of their business! Sure, sometimes I can see where a car that comes into the shop has damage that isn't properly repaired but it usually doesn't make a difference in the repair I'm doing. If I run into stuff related to the damage, it might end up costing the customer more but that's it, we still work on it.
