  1. Well there certainly are a lot of rudimentary mechanical folks out there…. Can’t imagine they took it to a shop and the SHOP didn’t think to swap out the oil pressure sending unit… how much more basic can you get in trouble shooting. Gadz!

  2. Thing is with that method of injector cleaning, most of the cleaner will end up back in the tank if the fuel rail returns to the tank. Still better than just putting it in the tank imo tho

  3. That best clean on injection. Never put it gas tank. It hard the seals. Only one can recommend mystery oil. It will clean injection system without harsh chemicals thar will destroy your seals.

  4. The Jaguar dealers my father used 50 years ago said they cleared poor performance in "old ladies and gents" cars by driving them around in 2nd and third gear to "blow out the cobwebs"!

    You can buy spark plug boots and wire by the foot and make your own wires in various colors. This isn't a new thing. First time made wires was in Hawaii in 93 on my 924. I got everything I needed from Aloha Auto in Waipahu. It was a custom vw bug shop/parts store. It was actually cheaper to build my own than it was to order and wait 3 weeks (shipping takes forever to an island). Added bonus is i got yellow wire to compliment my engine compartment color scheme. Even better, with building my own the wires and having them clipped neatly in a spread harness army bracket running parallel to the valve cover, were an exact length, just like a drawing, no loops or excess length.
