The man in the leather is a good old school kind of father. There are certain boundaries that should never be crossed, especially in the presence of a woman and children, as far as he's concerned.

Nothing good happens at 11 o clock at night in front of the only liquor store in town.
Its crazy to think about the stuff you could get away with in 1997. Now in 2024 you would not get a free pass from throwing a rock at someone over them flipping you off and cussing you out.

“I have my wife and kids in the car I don’t know what your about”. I have to call BS to the guy in the leather jacket. He was on an ego trip and didn’t like it when someone flipped him off so he threw rock at his vehicle and kept up the road rage. If he was truly in fear for his safety and his families safety he would have let it go and drove away not kept instigating
