  1. Man! How could the Jury be so wrong? It was clear to everyone that Robert Telles was being framed by the LVPD. Crooked cops and coroner and lab technicians obviously planted the evidence to frame poor innocent Robert Telles. I have no doubt that he will win on his appeal.

  2. His “gate” cinched it for me. Beyond the fact that a broad-band conspiracy theory was an absolutely ridiculous notion on the defense’s part. Insanity plea might have served him best, but his ego got in the way.

  3. Yesterday I watched the trial as if it was a Netflix documentary. I missed something, I wonder if someone could fill me in. Why was the garage door open and how did he know to lie in wait for the murder to take place?

  4. One thing at the end the gentleman didn't acknowledge was when they asked you know if there's anything you would like to say to the victim's family or feels for them he somehow had the right to say that all we have all been through a lot this has been a big deal for all of us we've all felt no that is not what they asked and Nora what you should be saying nobody feels like the family who lost that man whether you did it or not the loss of that family has to go through and endure due to the death is devastating and they should be felt for more so than what you went through in this situation sad son of a…..

  5. "You know, the idea that Mr. German’s throat was slashed and his heart was stabbed … I am not the kind of person who would stab someone. I didn’t kill Mr. German,” Telles said. Looking back at this comment, it is rather cynical and narcissistic, don't you think? It's as if he is bragging about what he did. No pun intended, but he went for the jugular.

  6. The jury was empathetic to give him a chance at parole after 20 years but when you realize that will require him to first admit his guilt to the parole board, then they may as well have sentenced him to life with no parole. He seems unable to take responsibility as he shakes his head at the thought of being convicted.

  7. NOT one of the defendant's witnesses showed any empathy to the Victim's family…not one. And his upset and crying was fake….it's even more telling the lake of interaction between himself and his lawyers…wow.

I hope the Judge adds much more to his 20 years due to the victim being elderly, as he definitely should have received life without parole.

  8. I do not understand why the jury is asked to be compassionate towards Telles and Telles' family! How horrible for the murdered man's family to have to listen to the murderer's family praise the man who killed their innocent loved one!

  9. I’m absolutely flummoxed with the jury giving a minimum of only 20 years! The guy disguised himself, his dna was at the crime scene and they agreed it was premeditated! The jury failed Mr. German and his family.

  10. 6:38:36 Defense now downplaying the crime. we not do an eye for an eye no more
but we might do a life for a LWOP. And lets face it Telles is still in full denial. if there ever was a frivolous trial for the defense it was this trail. TElles did bring this frivolous defense tra to court.
if teleles would have plead guilty to the crime i say give him possibility of parole after 20years. but bringing this to court while smearing any one he could smear inspector jappe, that real estate firm the whole police department and not to forget the DNA lab where all conspiring against telles by framing Telles being such an ego manic, protect society against murdering maniacs like this =LOWP for taking this to trial he should have plead guilty. for redemption and the possibility of of parole

  11. The jury was an absolute disgrace! They took way too long to render a verdict, the evidence was definitely overwhelming, and the Prosecution bent over backwards to be nice to Telles during sentencing. He showed no remorse and took no responsibility. He should have gotten Life Without Parole.
