A Utah judge determined on Tuesday that there is enough evidence against Kouri Richins to bind her over to trial. Eric Richins died in March 2022 with a large amount of fentanyl in his system. Prosecutors believe Kouri put the drugs in Eric’s Moscow mule. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner has the latest on Richins’ charges, her plea, and her trial date.
