Maybe vids need to be made of each individual officers crimes and title each vid with officers name the agency and the time/date so others can pull records and verify. Maybe Complaints to the city councils, county commission or other entities. Look into making an affidavit describing the crime and getting a warrant signed by a judge.

An LAPD sergeant is under administrative investigation after he was arrested during the weekend in Alhambra for allegedly being drunk in public. Christian Manuel Mejia, 35, was assigned to non-field duties pending the outcome of the administrative investigation, according to Josh Rubenstein, public information director for the LAPD. He didn’t know what Mejia’s previous duties were at the Hollywood station. Because it is a personnel matter, Rubenstein said he cannot comment further. Mejia could not be reached for comment Thursday.
