I Bought All My Kids’ Christmas Presents from WISH! – Everything Law and Order Blog

It’s a crazy year with inflation and supply chain issues so I did my kids’ Christmas shopping on Wish.com. You never know what you’re going to get with wish, so let’s see what kind of a Christmas it’ll be!

  1. One good thing I learned about wish is that because the shipping takes so long, they will actually refund you while this stuff is on the way to you and you get to keep everything when it shows up. I made the mistake of ordering a bunch of nail polishes and stuff, I spent like 70 bucks and two weeks later nothing had arrived yet so I emailed wish and they refunded every penny and told me that because the stuff was on its way that I could keep it when it showed up…

  2. Just like with the wish bike video, you have to actually select the item you want. All of these listings have multiple options for each item, you have to actually select the thermometer. You ordered the mask. We can see it in video… You didn't select the thermometer. You just assumed that because that was the first picture, that that was the only item… Every single one of those listings has multiple choices and you never go through them so you're never going to get what you actually want if you don't ACTUALLY ORDER the ACTUAL item…. 🤦‍♀️

  3. Bought the same cat plush from Amazon for my SO. It was an inch smaller than the one I bought and it was very derpy looking. That all aside, she loved it. She named it Speve.

  4. I don't get why someone would buy something over Wish or Temu when they could just buy stuff at a local thrift store that supports a charity and keeps the thing from ending up in landfill. And is probably better quality. I get doing it for a video but otherwise there's no reason to. Lastly the workers that made the stuff probably have horrible working conditions. That's four reasons not to.

  5. Did you get Ryan or progee? (excuse spelling) to pull the light apart to see if it dialled home? as many innocent usb products you should NEVER put on the computer as a power supply. This may even include the wifi enabled light bulbs……
