What year was the first incident? It was sickening. Those two porkers got violent immediately, before having asked any serious questions ("What's goin' on?" doesn't qualify as a serious question) or saying a word to the guy, who was doing nothing more than standing and talking with a beer in his hand. Then, again with no questions, they treat the victim like the shooter. Was there no description given beforehand??
This looks like the typical way that every police department behaved back then. Still exists, but every once in a while there's a good cop out there. One in a million though.
