  1. Take the ticket and fight it in court. These people who want to get into an argument on the side of the road NEVER win. Just give your license, and fight the ticket in court. Guy was way too combative from the getgo.

  2. Even if he knew it was a police car. Youre allowed to tell them to slow down even if their fragile little ego doesnt like it.

  3. I can show you were west virginia state police got illegal arrest warrant and commit purjery and threatening witnesses. The governor office and a major in Charleston wv is covering up for him. The trooper who done all this is his captain over his security and buddy. Pendleton

  4. The problem now is the cops hold the footage for a long time before they. release it to anybody that needs to. change because we're the ones that pay for the police. Why are they? They allowed to hold the footage a long time. Can someone explain that to me please? If anyone reads this,

  5. You Sir, are amazing. Thank you for being so awesome. I love how you speak facts. You are a great advocate for people that do not always have a voice.

  6. Perhaps his commanders should be sacked also for failing to take appropriate action against this person. This clown has illustrated that he has angry management issue and is definitely a threat to public safety which is an immense concern. What are they waiting for, that he will shoot and kill a person simply because they fail to comply to his unlawful commands? Everyone should remember, no amount of financial compensation will bring back a deceased family member/ loved one

  7. We should be better educated about our rights and police interactions. The cop might be wrong but it’s better to argue in court. Don’t get a resisting charge too.

  8. For a change, I don't agree with you at all – this trooper is obviously a juvenile, vindictive miscreant, but he was entirely within his legal rights to do what he did. When I was on the job, if you refused my request for your license, reg, etc. you would be immediately arrested – all other things being equal. I can see exactly what started all this. Trooper coming down the road at high rate of speed (legal) rounds a bed and suddenly finds a virtually inert, big ol' lumbering truck covering both lanes and forcing him to stand on his brakes.

This always makes your adrenaline pump right up, instantaneously. Then the driver of this barely-rolling roadblock, also adrenalized by the close call, violently and insistently sticks his arm out his window doing the dribbling basketball move with his downward, open-palm hand – indicating, in an accusatory way, that while he has the right to obstruct the road momentarily (he does) you are travelling way to fast to suit him – playing cop, as it were. If I were that Trooper, I would've cursed to my steering wheel and gone on, but then I was a grownup when I was a cop.

This Trooper, pissed to the max at the temerity of this driver, decides to show this civilian who is the boss of this road and pulls him over on the excuse that said civilian was blocking the road (He was, but only momentarily and perfectly legally). I'm sure the Trooper's intent was merely, at this point, to vent his spleen, spend his excessive adrenaline, and humble the arrogant civilian for "playing cop" and effectively criticizing his driving.

When met with an astonishingly arrogant and hostile response, the Trooper reacted in a way that was (Legally) available to him to gain the philosophical upperhand when the civilian refused his request for documents (Illegal). The Trooper then had the absolute, ill-advised (but legal) right to arrest him. Subsequently, the case was properly thrown out, the Trooper probably chewed out, and hopefully lessons learned all around. 1. Don't gesture to other drivers indicating you are unhappy with their driving. 2. Always be nice to cops on the side of the road – they have a stressful job and are often moody. They can make you pay (under the law) for being rude. LET IT GO!

If the civilians in question are as miffed as you are by this sad and stupid encounter (on BOTH parts,) there is always the right to implement a lawsuit at this point. They would lose because while this Trooper showed poor judgement, the civilian did in fact commit a crime which preceeded and justified his arrest. And yes, it does seem like this Trooper is entirely psycchologically unfit for this job, but that is an entirely separate issue.

  9. When we're not ruled by God we get ruled by tyrants. This is a prime reason why the entire world needs God. His true righteous divine judgements are indeed absolutely essential for us to live complete free and righteous lives. Back the blue crowd is this what you call justice / resl law enforcement?

  10. That officer is just the worst. Big bad cop. This type of unprofessionalism has no place in public. He’s a liar. He’s a hot head. Hopefully he’s frikkin fired.

  11. That civilian threatened the officer's ego – unknowingly, but he DID threaten it. He had every opportunity to make it right with a little kissy kissy boot boot, but he chose to act like a man. He had it coming. I back the blue.
