  1. All that happened here is the officer gained experience on how to avoid getting held accountable the next time he does this in the future. He will work for another department and now hes even more jaded because of this. This is how it always starts out with these piece of shit officers. Notice how the nurse so quickly took their side in the video. This woman was clearly suffering from mental illness yet the nurse talked to her like she was some convict. "I will not not allow that language!" This woman clearly felt threatened, and backed into a cirner she dealt with it the only way she knew how.

  2. First of all there was no sidewalk. Idkwtf nurse never heard anybody swear. Crappy nurse must b a little rich priveledged girl with no b empathy or understanding of anyone else's condition or situations. Needs to just be a paperwork nurse NOT interacting with humans. The cops were wrong and harassing an easy target. It's really scary for disabled people. This lady didn't get mad until she was kidnapped.

  3. We’ll see the cop on the police force of the next town over. And no self-serving law enforcement agency won’t hire a bad cop because they always back the blue. Do I buy his story? ABSOLUTELY NOT. And he should NEVER work in law enforcement again.

  4. So another cop admits that an officer assaulted a handcuffed woman and a jury thought his behavior was fine? My training, and humanity, would have me move away or block myself with my hand to avoid any further potential spitting, not lashing out in retaliation.

  5. I'm all for Jury Nullification–WHEN THERE IS NO VICTIM. It's a powerful tool to limit tyranny, but this is just straight-up abuse of authority.

  6. ah i seen this lol….

i mean to be fair she was beligerant. BUT she at the same time never broke a single law until they got pushy. Made no sense to me why they had to go and escalate the situation…
yes she was beligerant….. but just because ur being passive agressive doesnt mean ur nice either. the one cop was def no better than her. but he has a gun and badge so he is somehow better than her?

i mean i get it. i honestly wouldnt want to deal with her either. but again they had no reason to. she refused help in anyway. did nothing illegal. sad you cant help. you tried move on.

  7. Totally crazy that they messed with this free spirited lady out for a walk. The dirty cop that punched her is a abusive punk and will ultimately do this again to somebody. The jury is insane for the not guilty verdict.

  8. Been there, done that. The system is corrupted. State BCI will slow walk a case, then prosecutor to save her job, will present
a case to exonerate the [murderous] cops, and a grand jury will gladly do just that. It's like justice in Bavaria in the 1930's. You
can read about it in Lion Feuchtwanger's novel 'Success' about the rise of the 'true patriots' who became the Nazi party in Germany
    and Austria.

  9. I am inquiring about the difficulty police officers may face in disengaging from certain situations. Is there a specific aspect of their training that makes it challenging for them to withdraw? Furthermore, why do they often feel compelled to have the final say, even when there is no apparent threat? This is a recurring pattern that has been observed time and time again.
I am seeking a theoretical perspective on this matter.

  10. I'm truly glad that your channel even exist. You are the voice for those of who have none. Police almost always get away with abusing their authority because they can…so thank you for airing this miscarriage of justice!! Sincerely.

  11. Looks to me like we are turning communist, these cops go way to far, leave good people alone and go after crooks, that seems your afraid to do, so you don't get hurt, but you pick on innocent people 🤔

  12. What’s really annoying about these videos is “reasonable use of force” is subjective. I’ve done combat sports for 15 years and I’m medically trained, I see techniques being BOTCHED all the time in these videos and a “Use of Force Expert” comes in and says “Oh yeah that’s a reasonable use of force we teach it all the time” like no a rear bear hug into a suplex or soccer kicks to someone’s head while wearing combat boots is not reasonable. Punching a handcuffed mentally ill person to “redirect her face away from my body armor so her spit couldn’t hurt me” is bullshido. Cops should really spend more time training in Wrestling/BJJ

  13. Nope I don't agree here. It's bad that she's in cuffs. But you spit on me I'm doing the same damn thing. I've done that since the 80's, I've always seen it as a bio attack and the ultimate in disrespect. I don't even allow that in sex. And this was before COVID which proved it's dangerous. Now there was no reason for them to fuck w/ her, do whatever for that I'm all for it but to be fired for a snap reaction for something that's clearly dangerous I'm on the cops side here

  14. He is a coward of a man and a criminal. To hit a elderly woman with her hands cuffed behind her back shows you what he is capable of in the future. 😢

  15. ……. Loveland bis a small community and a lot of family members and friends live in that area and stand up for one another explains the jury and judge….. shame shame shame on that hospital attendant

  16. I find it astounding that the jury acquitted him. It’s right there on video, I don’t see how it could be any clearer.

  17. WTF what’s wrong with that dumb ass jury? Wow why do we even have juries when they can be so biased wow to bad the woman wasn’t one of them or their child

  18. Wrong. Indeed the cop struck the woman in retaliation. He was NOT justified in doing so, but it is reasonable that he did so in fear of infection. This fear is not justification though. He should recognize his error, though it does not appear he had. The infraction of his does not warrant termination, but reinforced training. The officers were wrong to arrest the woman as they did. There should have been a call to a service that specializes in mentally ill persons. Though such a service could be under the authority of the police department, it is obvious the officers who performed the arrest lacked the training, and failed in their job.

  19. I hope the Jurors wives, parents, kids… all interact with this "officer". We need a major change with these "robocops". I was hopping as a juror, they would do the right thing but clearly we need civil unrest before the PTP do anything
