  1. I loved your videos. But your common sense on this one shows that you only care for special citizens. Most videos you say the cops don't say what the offense was, and that didn't warrant compliance. But this one they clearly stated, so why are you so flip floppy? Seems like you love special interest people.

  2. Beg to disagree on one point- I don't think they knew who he was nor did they care. The only things they knew was a young man in an expensive car was speeding and gave them some lip about knocking on his window. That was enough to engage their standard operating procedure, aka "put the subject in their place". The worst offense you can commit in this country is offending the delicate ego of a blue gang member.

  3. First of all, I’m from Miami, Florida and I am a lifetime Miami Dolphins fan. That being said, I am totally against people who have a predetermined opinion trying to slip it through the back door so they can hide their bias.
I’m also a disabled veteran and for you to say being scared or fear has nothing to do with a job when you’re putting your life on the line have you ever been in the military? It has a great deal to do with it and it can also make you stay, hyper aware.
I’m not gonna try to verbally have a trial what I’m going to say is let’s look at some basic things and see if common sense takes place, because common sense really is what the law is about.
When we say that people are profiling, is that true? Could it possibly be that your analyzing instead what doesn’t fit this picture? Eagle, Hawk, bear? Are you telling me because I picked out bear? I’m profiling? Maybe I’m analyzing and seeing what the oddity is in that group! So let’s go back if he’s speeding 20 miles over it’s still speeding now there’s some video footage of Tyreek Waving through traffic. Taken to account he’s in a $350,000 car that car also has really dark tinted windows. Maybe it’s a personal preference with the windows and do you have to be a football player to have that type of car do you remember in the movie Scarface, what he bought and how we wanted it outfitted was he a football player as depicted in that movie. So if we look at the situation, we are trying to analyze to wonder why someone is breaking the law and it is our job to enforce the traffic laws as a police officer And then you see that type of vehicle. You then stopped them and unfortunately there is a black man. This is the elephant in the room, but the black race makes up less of the population than the white race does and they commit crimes numerically so as a police officer, you’re not profiling, but you’re picking the bear out of the group, then roll the window back up and listen like you’re saying you can’t be afraid or scared. Well you know what if you decide to be a famous person then part of the problem you’re gonna have to deal with is you’re not notoriety. So that’s an excuse to keep the window up is BS, but the police officers at risk because the windows are so dark could he be going for a gun?
It is obvious that you are a defense type of attorney or a civil rights attorney who works on contingency! That is sad that you would pervert your position instead of explore it and explain it from a complete unbiased point of view!

  4. They both were wrong….. proper context is that area is just as bad as the worst part of Chicago … with tint that dark the cop doesn't know what he's doing in the car…. when you act like a A hole you should get treated like one

  5. I live in Croatia In communist era of my country, there was a joke; "Why there are always two policemen on patrol ? …Because one can read and other can write !"
This is America and four, five, six.. policemen here makes me wonder…😂

  6. Could Tyreek have handled it better, like not bitch about the cop knocking on his window? Yes, BUT there was no reason for the cop to go this far other than cockyness. I just can't imagine how often this stuff happened before cameras! As a former police officer I always think about how often we were trained to de-escalate situations, these officers didn't do that.

  7. Fidel Castro with a JD here is obviously biased. I've never been in law enforcement and don't have any ties to anybody in law enforcement, but the cop has no way of knowing if there is a gun behind those tinted windows and the driver of the car is very uncooperative which could be indicative of someone dangerous with something to hide. Driver is combative from the outset. Fidel Castro calling Tyreek by his first name, pointing out his job in the NFL and the price of his car is completely irrelevant for an unbiased analysis. These cops just weren't giving a famous rich guy special treatment. I bet if he were driving an old clunker it would have gone down much the same way.

  8. He saw a group of police and felt entitled enough to apparently speed past them. He mentioned being late and we know they are fined for that and may not play in the game. When I see police I slow down even if I'm not speeding.

  9. Brian can you imagine how many phone calls the sergeant had after this one. Cops have no mercy on nobody and some will lean on you harder if you're famous as others won't we never know what might happen to any of us. And when you flex your rights. You're in the danger zone.. if you let them abuse you. You might be on your and we have all had those days where you just want to rip some shit up.. and when those cops have those days it's a very dangerous Day.. sharing all your videos. You're a great man brother Brian. You're a very smart man and I love to talk to people that's way smarter than I learned something all the time from you. I'm disappointed in some of these YouTubers for not shouting you out man. I guess I'm going to have to start my own channel. You damn sure deserve it. And everybody on here that follows you will agree 💯💚🤝

  10. Guilty! Of contempt of cop. I can't believe the number of people who think Hill brought this on himself and that the cops' actions were justified by Hill's behavior. It's not the cops' job to mete out punishment. That's the job of the courts. And there's no law that you have to kiss the cops' ass. Too many cops demand respect that they haven't earned.

  11. First this prickkk was speeding, had his window down when the cop caught up to him, Cop Said to pull forward, pulls forward and rolls window back up. Not wearing his seat belt. Eff him!!!!!
