A Washington man is behind bars after allegedly murdering his girlfriend at his Seattle condo on August 10. Authorities found Zoey Suyun He dead in Andy Chu’s condo after neighbors called 911 claiming that water was flooding out of Chu’s place. Police then got a report about a man allegedly groping a nurse at a nearby hospital. The suspect turned out to be Chu, whose friends brought him in for exhibiting “psychotic behavior.” Chu allegedly gave a “fragmented” confession to He’s murder, stating he “thought he may have killed her.” Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner breaks down the disturbing case.
