I couldn't understand what this the deputy was saying because some mind numbed moron was screaming 20 feet away at the top of his lungs repeatedly to "KEEP YOUR HANDS UP, PUT YOUR HANDS ON TOP OF YOUR HEAD, P U T Y O U R H A N D S. U P!!! Honest to God, they put more training into the Canine unit that the patrol staff! "Their "training" kicks in, and what thinking they had just shuts off!

  2. So since the man was in obvious distress and couldn't run or even move why did that deputy find it necessary to pull out his firearm and point it at the suspect? Normally I'm 100% in support of cops but a stupid move like that could have ended very badly!
