I tried to view the forms on the site as you suggested. Talk about 'being treated like a criminal! I was addressed by my e-mail, and then immediately asked for my e=mail account, then name, then telephone. I didn't go any further! So, to follow the idea of being educated, I have to be treated like that? Screw him, and any white horse he claims to ride!
