If the cop made an unlawful arrest, a violent one at that on a minor, couldn't the parents sue the police station for kidnapping and abuse of a minor? How freaking terrifying this is. I couldn't imagine being a mother waiting for my son to come home and then find out he was beaten and driven away by monsters in uniform. I would see red. I won't say what I would do.
