There's something wrong in Kent County, Michigan that two cops, within weeks of each other, just happen to mistakenly run over two different people. I'm willing to bet it has something to do with the leadership, training and the lack of local prosecutorial fortitude. What do you think caused this statistical anomaly?
DETAILS: https://thecivilrightslawyer.com/2024/06/04/cops-run-over-and-kill-a-17-year-old-and-also-a-21-year-old/
Prosecutor is a SSOAB!
I bet that attorney is friends with the deputy
This is hard to tell everything that transpired. It is appropriate for viewers to want more before deciding. There are questions that need answering about the suspects behavior, criminal history, warrant status and if he presented some unknown risk to officers or the public. It is not clear in this video. Also, do not take ANY lawyer's word for anything, prosecutor or defense attorney. BOTH have a dog (potentially) in this fight. It was a wet day and it could the car lost traction. But in every high-anxiety situation,
reflexes are affected as are perceived
distances, rate of speed and rate of
closure. Add to that, the suspect
might have slipped or failed to dodge
the car when he changed direction at the last secod. Remember, this guy was in full flight AWAY from pursuing
officers for some unknown reason.
Police are like angry hounds, waiting for an excuse to get lose
Both cases are taken personally, neither is complying with the law
Why didn't the state prosecute the 17 yr olds death. The county prosecutor is part of the gang.
Execution reason::: running from law officers NEXT ?
Two murders by two cops the same thing hit with a car, one going to court and one dismissed 🤔
Not sure the video that shows the officer hitting the 17 year old demonstrates malicious intent… definitely a big mistake and a terrible result.
so police in Michigan can run over a suspect
Contrary to what they say, Cops have total disregard for human life. Especially when on pursuit 😢
Sick man! Insane Murdrers
Difference between the two is one was white and one was black.
The elephant in the room they didn’t charge the officer who killed the 17 year old because they know white people won’t burn a city down for police killing civilians but they positively know black people will burn a city to the ground.
Judges a cops a protected breed
Not far away in a small town called Bellview mi. The police shot down a 17 yo who was unarmed and walking away from them non complient having mental health issues no charges ! Who guessed
The difference is when white kids are murdered by the police Al Sharpton doesn't bring a mob of protesters to get justice.
This DA is corrupt. There needs to be be a DOJ investigation.
Well is it not obvious that shes full of shit
Its politics. One kid is black and the other is white. Its the bull shit divisive nonsense that has been going on since the beginning of time. Our government in a whole is current beyond repair. Its up to us to make the necessary changers now.
Thought he had a gun? In the video it was obviously a cell phone. Straiht up murder.
I don't think the cop when he saw the Range Rover should have approached that way you should have waited for traffic to go
I don't get the potential “involuntarily manslaughter” for the first one. That would imply that he didn't know that ramming someone into a brick wall with a car could kill them.
Speaking of involuntary manslaughter. Is that not reserved for “accidents” like “accidentally” running over someone in a parking lot?
My opinion A Cop SHOULD NOT USE his Vehicle as a weapon and BOTH officers be responsible in causing a death
😢
Someone please explain to me why these warrants are never served at 3 am and the Clown in a Cop Suit home? Known to be armed so use Full Force felony arrest!!!
The cop had a canine in the back of his patrol car! He could have used the dog to apprehend the suspect!
I am an avid watcher of your program and agree about fifty percent as to what you have to say.Legally or not you. However, you're missing one more important detail between these two cases. Can you tell me what that detail is?
Why couldn't they get a helicopter to follow them and not make this so dangerous for the public. They are so very stupid chasing them like this.
BADGED TERRORISM the molestation and murder of a 17 year old child who doesn't get his day in court. Yet for this murderous police there is no day in court for vehicular homicide
And we all know that they're doing it for a show that they're bringing up these charges but you watch like all the other times they'll find him totally innocent the corruption of justice system I'll just do the show so they said that they put their Court he'll probably have him do a investigation on himself and he'll find himself clear
Police act like they play video games
Instead of waiting for a call to protect us cops waited on a call for a chance for this kill
Police are out head hunting
So because an officer is too lazy to run …he’s allowed to use his vehicle to tackle a person… Got it
These kids put many peoples lives in danger when they decided to go on a high speed pursuit around town instead of just pulling over for the police. They could've easily killed pedestrians and innocent bystanders. Their actions caused all this. Act like a criminal and u might get dealt with like a criminal .
Firemen seem to think the situation is humorous?
And people are afraid of firearms rather than a tyrannical government whose agents murder people. Premeditation of bodily harm constitutes murder, knowing beforehand the disproportionate force of a vehicle against a fleeing suspect on foot.
Firefighters responded to injured suspect with their High Rubber Boots on,Why
Running from police with felonies. It's VERY clear that, person in a range rover would have done everything to not get caught.
People don’t pull over for emergency vehicles anymore. I think anyone who doesn’t pull over should get a citation in the mail.
Murders defending murders. Whats new in the country.
@10.00 bull, you can see the vehicle climb over the males body, he never got bumped by the vehicle, he went under the tyres of the vehicle, meaning he was run over as proven by the police video.
Have to charge the turd splatter but not the Cracker cruncher. Because, well you know why
Why are we still allowing biased prosecutors to make these types of charging decisions? That charging decision should have been made by an independent prosecutor outside of that county. Clearly that prosecutor is protecting the police officer and unfortunately gives two shits about that kids life.
