  2. Noise complaints are problems waiting for a solution, good bad or otherwise. What we don't see is the first contact. We don't see elements of a crime but the Deputy may have. But once he is IN the house and he sees something worthy of investigating, he has the right to push through.

  3. I wanna see her get paid big time! Also, cop fired, sheriff demoted, sanctioned by the bar, and please bring four+ years of constitutional education to our middle and high schools so we don't lose our rights due to lack of understanding.

  4. The charges are still pending… That's what you get when the Elitist Ruling Class can't wait for Humanity to buy into their "Don't believe what your eyes see; whatever we say is the real truth goes"

Hence, tormenting your own population, and, next thing you know… The Hannibal Directive applies in North America too.

  5. I wS stalked by a man for almost 2 years. He and his daughter continued the harrassment to the point where they stired up troubles.. i had testimony letter by a few people aware of the situation. The police arrested me without prior citation and used excessive force seriously injured me.( have doctors report) l was found innocent of incident.

  6. I can't believe he even acts as though the adult in the home who is OVER the age to legally drink alcohol should not be allowed to do so with "minors" in the home. This guy probably knows the laws that he's breaking but he doesn't care. He's there to make an arrest – NOT investigate. The audacity, ego and self-importance is through the roof with this idiot who probably loves to call himself "officer" even though he doesn't deserve to be one. I can only pray that he gets fired, charged, jailed and sued!

  7. It reveals the core problem of our corrupt governing authorities “believing that they own us” in contrast to being public servants having zero authority outside of our constitution’s parameters… It’s often simply unconstitutional organized crime hustling citizens.

  8. Another bad law enforcement officer! He doesn't know the law, and he clearly lied to cover up his illegal activity. I hope the woman sues the Sheriff's Office. He should be fired and then arrested.

  9. Wow you would figure that cops would learn with all these forms of surveillance, social media, and especially the ppl who audit police. They dont, bet they would learn if the lawsuits came outta their paychecks and pensions😂

  10. Makes you wonder how often this happened before everyone had a camcorder in their pocket. We still have to fix police “investigating” themself though. Each city or county should have a independent police review board with the power to terminate police employment if needed.
Social media has a lot of faults but in this case it worked…..

  11. How exactly do you know it was minor I have a neighbor who has tortured me with their noise. I haven’t been able to sleep. It’s affecting my health and my work and my relationship with my family. There must’ve been more than one incident where she has been complained uponand she just won’t stop obviously I don’t know that for sure, but from how the officer treated her I’m guessing that might be the case. What about the torture that she put the neighbor through with her noise? Does the neighbor have a right to peace I don’t think so.
