  1. DETAILS: https://thecivilrightslawyer.com/2024/07/11/country-singer-writes-song-about-arrest-by-idiot-cop-charges-now-dropped/
This 18 year old country music singer from Montana was pulled over for speeding by a state trooper who is looking for reasons to accuse him of driving intoxicated. Even though he blew a 0.0 showing he had no alcohol in his system, and even though he did all the stupid human tricks he was asked to do, and even though he was 100% polite and cooperative with the officer, he was still wrongfully arrested and charged. A blood test taken after the arrest showed what any rational police officers should have known: that the kid was completely sober. Yet this happened to him. He wrote a song about it.

  2. Everything is about the officers interpretation not facts not laws nor rights. They do what they want and the have cowards as bosses and ignorant idiots.

  3. FROM EXPERIENCE, SPEEDING HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WEED! When I smoked weed I would drive too slow and cautious, that was a giveaway.

  4. 18 years old i need to see if you got a booth gun wow are we living in the 1920 i never have heard of that one they lie more than a convict beginning integrate 😂😂😂

  5. I like it that the cop is swaying more than the suspect during the nose touch aspect. Maybe the cop is drunk on power 🤔

  6. So these idiots that they're called badge wearing thugs are just allowed to put anybody in jail there's nothing we can do about it if you eyes or bloodshot if you strain too hard to fart if they smell a fart what a bunch of bogus bull now I know the reason why I'm getting so disgusted with cops they should not be allowed to put on their vehicles to protect and serve who they protecting themselves?

  7. So when is the officer and the chief who hired him going to be completely fired fired fired. It'll happen when the mayor gets fired what are the senator gets fired other than that it's going to continue because that's what the hierarchy Rich entitled white man wants

  8. In my state 62 in a 35 is reckless driving and they can arrest you on the spot and impound your car and lose your license for a year. I dont know about Montana, but seems like if the cop wanted to arrest him he could have on that, if true, and he shouldn't have needed to make up some BS DUI charge.
Oooohh wait, DUI arrests are incentivised…hmmm….🤔

  9. How do we fix the policing problem in America? It's undeniably broken.

I suggest ending Qualified Immunity and Civil Asset Forfeiture for starters.

Also outlaw (without a warrant) the use of drug sniffing dogs (who seek to please their master and are trained to alert on cue) as a loophole to violate the 4A. They are unreliable at best and absolute tools of corruption at worst. If you have a warrant and THEN want to use a good dog to find whatever youre looking for thats fine. But no warrantless searches, that includes searches by dogs!

Then make all police carry insurance. I dont care who pays the premiums. If they violate someone's rights then their insurance pays, not the taxpayer, and if they are a problem cop then they will become uninsurable and unable to be employed as a cop anywhere.

I mean…all we want is some basic decency and accountability! It's obviously a systemic culture problem, not just "a few bad apples here and there".

    What else yall got?
