There is no more Second Amendment when kids can't even have a BB gun, pellet gun, toy gun, etc. (in public view). Clearly that may not be the best idea, and clearly some kids, and some adults lack the common sense not to do it. But we have a culture of Hollywood gun movies, guns in video games, guns everywhere, and a Second Amendment Right to keep and bare arms, which does not stop at your front door. So how can we expect all people, -especially those people of lesser intellect, who have no less rights than those of us with high intellect, to use good judgment? We cannot. This is why Police Officers must follow the law, and do not. They believe they are above the law (and they usually are). Never call the police, even if you think you have to. Avoid doing so, at all costs. That would be my advice.

Althought officer safety is such a lame thing. Most of tbe violence against humanity by police they use officers safety.
Well what about citizens safety heavily armed persons are always taking away the right to self defense. Many many videos show that clearly show as soon as officers disarm a person is where citizens' rights are stripped down.
The 2nd amendment was drafted with this exact scenarios from happening. Dis arming a person for officer safety takes away from the right to self defense. This in my opinion a violation of the 2nd amendment.
We tbe people seriously need to stand up against tbe tyranny of the police.
