  1. I am going to point this out, whether people get pissed or not. I am sick and tired of seeing so many weak, overweight, out of shape cops harassing people!

  2. These people are sick and disgusting. They don’t have temperament or the training. I’m pretty sure there is no training for those people to be decent human beings, and they definitely should not be officers.

  3. They knew they were just selling flowers even before they got there. Ooh, big crime. I hate how they immediately get aggressive without asking questions first. It was obvious it was just a kid.

  4. Them officers are so lucky. I’m not that kid’s father. They live to tell the story.
    👮🏾👮🏻‍♂️👮🏿‍♂️👮🏼👈🏾👈🏾👈🏾👈🏾

  5. you threaten to tase my kid like that, someone isnt going home that night
also wal-marts are like the chinese police state now, cameras and facial recognition EVERYWHERE
there would be 5+ angles of the supposed face punch on camera
why dont people ever defend someone from a cop assaulting them, if youre using excessive force, i have the right to defend the victim FROM the police

  6. Idiocy sometimes reigns in the realm of the Civil Rights Lawyer, who should be stripped of his license. A 13 year old is very different than a 3 year old. The former has reached the age of reason and, if his parents and teachers had done their duty, the child would know he was in the wrong to sell flowers without a license. Failing to cease the peddling can be grounds for arrest.

  7. There was no need for the cops to handle the encounter this way. He is only 13.

I applaud him for trying to make a couple of bucks.

They could have informed him that Walmart didn't want him selling flowers in front of their store.

They could have given him a heart-to-heart talk.

Regarding the Girl Scouts, I am sure they would have gotten permission first.

  8. In Houston Texas, on most likely every other corner Mexican women sell flowers or stand with a sign saying someone died in their family….this happens daily and No One does anything to them. People think that black people are aggressive but my question to them is why do they think that is….come on they are scared when they see the color black no matter if your 10 or 90.. period. They call for back up all the time for any black person they pull over no matter what… seatbelt violation…6 officers…it doesn't matter.. I don't understand why they go into that field if 1 officer is weak and with all those curse words she used a 13 year old..find a new job….wow you need medical for a 13 year old punch seriously…
