  1. What we do not have is the rest of the story. What did the officer see in the old guy? Did he present a threat to himself or others? Was there evidence of other criminal activity? But a forced arm bar take down is designed to take a person into custody with minimal chsnce of anyone getting injured. It is an effective and saftechnique at doing that to people who resist. So, without anything more than we see, it is hard to tell anything more. Keep in mind that the old guy could have resisted enough that he caused the injury, and that it was not poor arrest technique.

  2. Usually dont comment on your videos. Watching this vulnerable older mans encounter makes me sick to my stomach. Could be a family member, neighbor, or me in the future. And seeing the state do that to a human being is disgusting

  3. "Exactly what the f' I mean."

What is with these cops? This guy was the victim of a crime… why are these cops treating victims like trash like this. Why the foul language?

And then just escalating it over and over… this was so preventable… a five year old has enough social skills to see that the cop is doing everything to rile things up.

This cop is either a complete moron, or he targetted this man to escalate and injure him.

  4. I hear people say that retraining is what is needed. OK, but this cop is a bonafide Tyrant. And the people that hired him should be held accountable. This man died because this guy should not have been a cop. Didn't his record tell someone this was coming? If not then they are too inept, stupid or just don't care. Probably a relative somehow. Cops suck.

  5. Just trying to understand. A man in a three ton truck hit a man on a bicycle. The man on the bicycle ends up on the ground from the accident with the contents of his bike basket scattered all over the road. Instead of transporting the man on the bicycle to the hospital, decide to run a NCIC, and warrent check and detain him and then throw him to the ground causing injuries. Again they don't transport him to a hospital, but instead to a jail, where after being in custody, they read him his rights. He collapses, at the jail, then they trasnsport. Interesting that the man in the truck is let go, no investigation.
For the man on the bicycle who was hit by a truck? What crime did he commit?
Why probable casuse did the police have to think he had comitted a crime to detain him?
Had he even committed a traffic violation?
Since he wasn't under arrest, what right did the police have to use physical force to detain him?
This man had just been hit by a truck, knocked off of his bicycle, by someone he knew, The man who hit him even invited him over to fix his bicycle.
Instead, another Senior Citizen, who had no weapons, commited no crime, been knocked off his bicycle by a truck, is detained and arrested for no reason, then violently thrown
to the ground which results in his death. This was a Senior Citizen. This was a senior Citizen: This was a Senior Citizen, a 65 year old man. Who was killed by the illegial actions of a police officer.
We let armed illegal Venesqualian's seize apartment buildings in Colorado, and nobody arrests them, instead we move our citizens out of their apartments. We let 285,000 people did of Fentanyl made to look like somethine else, and let these people go. In Florida Venesqualian gangs are targeting buisiness owners and stealing all of their possessions, when taken to ICE, they are deported and then found back in the US a couple of months later. And yet…
In Texas, where Gov. Abbott is trying so hard to make our border safe, the Police in Dickenson, kill a United States Senior citizen.
What is the difference between a cartel in Mexico producing Fentanyl and killing US Citizens and a Police officer killing a US Senior Citizen on a bicycle?
The difference is that our Police, our public servants, are suppose to be protecting us and arresting them, not killing US Citizens and protecting cartels.
Many will see no coorelation. But there is a correlation. The coorelation is that the police do not work for the US people anymore. They work individually, and for a Government that
support the killing of a US Citizen. and no, it's not all Police, but unfortunately, it's a wildly growing number.
So, I wonder…if after the election this fall, if riots and rebellions break out over voter fraud, illegial immigration, fentanyl deaths. Where do the police, where will the DOJ stand? We already know that DOJ won't uphold the constitution. After 285000 fentanyl deaths, Venesqualian gangs taking over apartment buildings in Colorado. No id required for voting, we know that the DOJ is not there to protect American Citizens. And when local police, especially local police are allowed to violently treat US Senior citizens in a State where the Governor is pro American, there seems to be a problem with local police also. It not much different in Florida. If a criminal steals your car, then evades police, there is at least one Sheriff in the Tampa area who will confiscate your car and sell it and keep the proceeded. If a good Sheriff turns over illegial immegrant Criminals to ICE, ICE will let them go. Which means that even the best of our law enforcement is being neutered by our Federal law enforcement. But..some people will never see a coorelation between the death of a American Senior Citizen at the hands of an American Police officer and the death of a teenager from a fentanyl overdose, where the fentanyl looked like a gummy bear.

  6. The more i watch these videos, the more I ask myself….what's wrong with this world? This joker pulls him out of the cell and trys getting his signature and at no point does this guy think to call medical? Obvious he's not drunk…he was just locked up over night. For this…simple, you're fired…as for the pea brain that threw him head first into the concrete…simple, you're fired!
This is not difficult stuff…but seems in the land of the free, there are way too many power hungry cops that just love beating on the weak!
