  1. My opinion is that he should be denied QI. I think that he violated her constitutional rights. His actions were no less than an assault. He should be financially, legally, and criminally liable.

  2. Colorado has major Law Enforcement problems. What happens in Fort Collins was a shame was horrible. Was definitely an over use of force. I am so sorry that they got qualified to community but at least their sins against the public. The people they’re supposed to protect will bounce back in their face sooner or later it is now a precedent said in the state of Colorado and the whole circuit, that can’t happen again. It will happen again.
Please advise me the best organization to contribute to for the abandonment of qualified immunity
    Thank you, Evans Holcombe

  3. I love how you break all this down legally; however, a man forcing a woman to the ground should never happen in ANY circumstance. Men like this are unbelievably weak men. Any man so willing to take a young woman to a ground that has no bearing to defend herself should definitely be investigated to see if he beat his wife, girlfriend's, etc…

  4. I appreciate you taking the time to create these videos, spreading awareness of how horrific having a run-in with police officers gets and how often it is happening and very often for no reason at all or over something very trivial, meaning, to the extent that the police officer reacted was completely unnecessary.
These accounts With police officers result in not just physical but psychological trauma that can hinder someone’s life for a very long time if not indefinitely.
Don’t get me wrong, I do believe many cops are good decent human beings but time and time again we are noticing that for some police officers it’s about power and control.
We are all human beings, whether we are wearing a uniform or not, and deserve to be given respect just as it’s demanded.
Again, thank you for creating these videos bringing awareness to a matter that is so very serious… so very often life-threatening!!
You know what would be the cherry on top of the ice cream in a sense?
If you could also include a couple of names of some attorneys that are perhaps seeking out cases just like these. It would be very much appreciated. Have a wonderful day.

  5. Police should have to have more than a high school education, and military service does not count. If you body slam a slight woman, you disgrace a badge you should not have.

  6. Unfortunately, that was a savage takedown. This individual was no threat to the cop, especially they had no weapons. The situation could have been handled different.

  7. Unfortunately cops are not here to protect and serve they are here to intimidate. the supreme court ruled that cops are not responsible to protect you. Cops are thugs!!!!!

  8. …….. before this create a crime cop committed his crime……this girl committed absolutely NO crime……. and as first amendment rights to protect her right to ask questions and other amendments that are to protect us in our rights to be safe etc…..the create a crime cop was issuing illegal orders, the woman had every right to stay and be a witness to what was occurring to her boyfriend, but its obvious as to why create a crime cops don't want the public around they don't want anyone witnessing their corrupt actions as we heard and saw here

  9. Regardless of your state’s law, keep in mind that police can never compel you to identify yourself without reasonable suspicion to believe you’re involved in illegal activity.

  10. What I find most disturbing about this video is seeing the amount of people who witnessed this violation…and did nothing. I'm not saying that I would have swooped in and been the "hero", but I wouldn't have just stood there and done NOTHING- they DO have guns. Just scary how conformed we are to witness an injustice such as this, and to "see" it as "normal"- and accept it as such. I had viewed a video filmed in Europe of a soccer game, when a guy was streaking and running across the field. Pretty harmless, dodging the first couple of cops to the enjoyment of the crowd- which seemed to enraged the cops, when he was finally taken down. His take down was a rough one, then the two other cops jumped on in with arresting him- one cop started punching the man, so bad that the third cop grabbed that cops arm to stop the assault. But immediately after the punch, a player ran over and kicked the cop. Then, as if on cue, players from both teams, AND people in the stands went after all three cops. All three cops ran for their lives, literally. Unfortunately, the cop who threw the punches got away with the least injury, and the cop who stopped the assault got it the worst. BUT, I bet other cops who saw this thought twice before publicly assaulting someone. Best thing about it is that…they got away with it. Yeah, they have the means to ID peeps now, but the PLAYERS started the attack. Soccer players, they are Gods over there- what, are they going to "arrest" TWO whole teams??? NO! Actually, a crowd wouldn't even have to use force- just stand together and say enough is enough, NO! We are many, they are few!

  11. And the JURY NEEDS TO BE PROSECUTED FOR BEING IGNORANT IDIOTS AND FOUND GUILTY OF STUPIDITY AND NOT DOING THEIR JOBS. DISGUSTING AND THE cop SHOULD BE CHARGED FOR ASSAULT
