If he failed to turn his body cam on and something goes to court, the charges should be dismissed. No longer should we accept he said/she said testimony where cops are usually believed over citizens. That grandma was simply in a panic situation and the tyrant made it even worse. These cops have zero skills in de-escalating and we see so much evidence of this. They hire a lot of people who they should not
Citizens, turn your emergency signal on and blow your horn to indicate you have an emergency when driving fast. That's an indication you have an emergency and police should help escort you to where you need to go. I experienced this once and slowed down enough by the police to let them know I needed to get to the hospital. Some people don't know this.
Around where I live, if the police find out you have a medical emergency, they will run ahead of you with lights flashing to give you a clear path to the hospital. They are very good about helping people in emergency situations.

These power hungry people that are supposed to help and serve Americans, use their uniforms as a right to treat citizens like SHIT. Where is the common sense? The understanding and/or empathy? I thought a person was innocent untill proven guilty? It's like trying to deal with an android that's malfunctioning. Have things become SO tightened down with rules, that every single thing we do is scrutinised and judged without any prior knowledge of whether the situation is good or bad?
I'm glad I live in Scotland. America needs to look at how psychotically unbalanced a lot of their police seem to be. A headcase dressed in a uniform, a uniform with a badge, taser and gun. Great ingredients those. Not all are bad, I know this but I wouldn't come to ur country if I had too.
