Until you start putting ppl in jail minimum 10 years for dealing or 5 for possession , the war on drugs is just a joke.

Tell drug dealers to come to Washington State. They will be released and only the drugs seized. The state has a 3 strike law. Only on the 3rd time in a specific municipality (or county if not in a city limits) does the 3rd Strike take effect for their arrest. Possession of hard drugs is legal in amounts below what is considered as dealing.
Gosh that officer didn't have to jerk her around the way he did at 2:03, especially since she was being compliant and not causing any problems with the police.
