Being that the courts nearly always side with police as lawyers, judges and cops all work for the court and hold a oath to the court before they do the constitution, and their clients. Which also voids any oath to constitution and why they dont care about it hence the jolly roger flag hanging in court rooms with "fringes" to "infringe" on your rights because theyre void. Then you watch someone who is wrongfully imprisoned for however long and no consequences alongside the price most people cant pay for lawyers and court costs, and also the loss of wages, jobs, assets, ect. Its a system intended to keep working people pour and those who enable such are criminals

36. He legally would have been required to provide full name given the circumstances right? Wouldn't excuse them ripping him out of his house like this but I would think he'd be on the hook to provide more than just a first name when they asked.
