  1. It most likely won't do any good that guy needs to file a complaint and file a lawsuit! How do we end up with such stupid cops, I guess this 2hat we need to expect when you only need a highschool diploma to be hored and 6 weeks of training! 🤦🤦🤦🤦 The Supreme Court needs to Abolish Qualified Immunity for all Law Enforcement Officers and Government Officials and Congress needs to pass a Law that requires all Law Enforcement Academies to be a minimum 2 year program with 3 months of Constitutional Rights of Citizens!👍👍👍👍👍👍

  2. Cops "go to' accusationsl charge………. "Obstructionl". That's ALL they can remember from the police academy even though 10 times out of 10 they're LYING and DON'T UNDERSTAND the definition or the application of the charge.

  3. John !!! When are they going to train their officers correctly ?
This video shows how serious policing in America has become.
There literally is no freedom in America.
There is if you are famous and rich.
Anyone who is outside these privileges, is considered fair game.
Some cops don’t care about the law or peoples rights, and other cops are just plain stupid to know the law and peoples rights.
But either way the police in America are out of control and are treating people worse than any country that is a dictatorship or communist nation.
Unless you are rich and or famous.
Just to put this into perspective.
China and India with a population in the billions have less people incarcerated and arrested than American.
Surely Americans are not more dangerous or break the laws more than these countries, because America have a hundred times more civil rights than China.
So why is America so high in arrests ?
Even arrests are higher on a weekly basis than China.
Brazil which is rated a no go country for its crime and as being dangerous, is lower in arrests and incarcerations than the US.
If you do your research you will find America has a very high crime rate and arrest rate in the world.
This indicates that Americas police are way more full active in making arrests than any other country, it’s insane to think a country like China that has no freedom or human rights, and a population 5 times that of America, is less in police interaction and less in police intervention, than America

  4. The cop was talking in circles, trying to convince someone he was right when clearly was in the wrong. These are the LEO's that are the bad apples. The worst part is you never know if an interaction will be with a good one or a bad one. If you get a bad one it could ruin your life. Thankfully these days video is prevelent as to show what has been happening for decades.

  5. Ga is a stop and identify state. If the police have reasonable suspicion that there is criminal activity, they can stop you and ask for id. Walters was legally obligated to provide id. The officer saw someone walking late at night behind a bunch of closed businesses. That is suspicious. Especially in Baxley (source: I'm from Baxley, Ga).

That being said, this was definitely taken too far.
