The cop went to his passenger side door and opened it with his weapon drawn claiming several things, that he thought maybe the guy was going to run, that he thought the guy had drugs, I'm guessing because he also thought there was a weapon. Yet 3 minutes later he turns his back on the guy several times to check tint, to go into his own police cruiser more than once , etc. I'm sure he probably did wait till he holstered his weapon to start recording. And then they always go to I'm recording here you can see I'm recording what does that mean that I'm not allowed to record because you're recording.
