4. Two people dead, one severely injured and a baby in the vehicle and he gets less than 20 years. That's nothing but a complete injustice.

5. 10 years per life is all his victims were worth, yet had he used a gun he woulda got life! A drunk behind the wheel is way more dangerous than a loaded gun! Yet they seem to be able to get away with it.

7. I got hit by a drunk driver Dec 18 2017, a year & 12 days after my daughter was born. Her car seat was in the backseat, but she wasn’t.
   He tried to pass me going up a hill, and swerved infront of me to avoid another car in the other lane. Cut me off, barely touching my front end to his rear end, and my front passenger side tire hit the curb and I cartwheeled 8 times down a hill, and slid 18 ft the rest of the way down the hill upside down. I had put my seatbelt on a quarter of a mile before. I was stuck upside for about 10 minutes before I got cut out, my radiator had come all the way through my dash & the car caught on fire minutes after I got out.
   I’ll never forget being upside down, turning around and seeing my daughter’s car seat cut in half by the roof of the car.
   I’ll forever thank divine intervention for her not being with me that day. She was so little.

9. I am permanently disabled for life due to a drunk driver. He hit me and it disabled his huge Dodge Ram truck and crushed my car. He jumped out of his truck and ran and hid down by the river here where he was later spotted, still hammered drunk as he was hitchhiking for a ride and picked up by the police as I gave them a description of him and so do many witnesses. It was his 4th DUI. He was driving with not registration, no license, no insurance. I called the District Attorney and they told me that he didn’t show up for his arraignment and that there was a warrant out for his arrest. How does that happen? He should not have been let out so soon?

10. Four and a half minutes in and it seems to me that this dickweed's issue is that he can't handle his drink.

11. I saw a video of a very drunk man being told he killed someone while driving and the man was devastated. He was still able to show remorse despite how heavily inebriated he was. It doesn't excuse what he did, but it just shows how being drunk isn't an excuse for showing no remorse for killing people.

30. 20 years is disgustingly low for killing two people. every single time i have been drunk i have fully been able to comprehend that i am not able to drive car. when it comes to life and death, you 100% intended to kill someone when you got behind the wheel. he should be in jail for life at the least.
