The owner of several popular bars and restaurants in Ohio has been charged with nine felony counts. Robert “Bobby” George’s alleged victim made shocking allegations against the Columbus businessman, including that he allegedly strangled her while slamming her head against a table and tried to kill her by shoving a towel down her throat. The 43-year-old is charged with rape, attempted murder, kidnapping, strangulation and felonious assault. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner breaks down the disturbing case.

Seems like he’s already proven guilty in the court of public opinion. I don’t know anything about him. Never heard of him or his family. The prosecutors better have pretty solid evidence otherwise it’s hard to prove most of what they claim happened over the course of months when said victim continued to stay with him.

So, if you are innocent until proven guilty and you are forced to pay a bond that isn't refundable IE $20,000 of $200,000 plus attorney fees and then if you are proven innocent and the girl or person turned out to be lying. You have really been arrested, handcuffed, mug shot, fingerprinted and held in a cell {imprisoned} for a crime you didn't commit and also have been financially punished. So, the system is BS, oh and 99% of the time nothing is done to the person who the court decided was wrong. I hope that majority are correct arrests although seems like a lot of violent non-citizens are being released no bail at all 😉 just maybe people with money have to pay bail?

I worked selling alcohol for 20 years and there are a ton of creepy restaurant and bar owners. Especially when you get into the college areas. I knew married guys in thier 50s grooming college girls and getting involved in all kinds of childish drama. Me and a lot of our co workers always said if we have a daughter we would never let her work in a bar because of all the stuff we see out of the owners/older management.
Another rich kid who was never told no or taught common decency. Narcissism.

So these are several different attacks during several months. It means after the first attack she continued living with him in his mansion, she didn't leave after the second attack and continued using his credit cards, she didn't leave after the third attack or the next one or the next one. The Cops are like a gang and they don't do anything to protect they just oppress and target crime victims for Mental Hospital and Rehab trafficking. Many times victims get charged for retaliation.
