  1. So they were just ticked that he was mad and yelling at them? From what I saw, he wasn't being arrested before he started to go back in to the gym, just a refusal to ID. They were told they were not allowed into the gym. They trespassed. If a regular ol Joe trespassed, they would have made the person leave or arrest them. What's good for the goose never seems to apply to the gander when it comes to the police.

  2. Much more complicated case here. The police knew who the person was from previous contact. I will go with the request that officers leave then the officers escalated the encounter. Officers normally do comply and leave. These officers didn't leave when asked.

  3. From the very first start, "Law Enforcement" should know the LAW!!! , at the very least results in their actions with their body camera, they should be suited. Where is the law even if the video camera cannot be the evidence? "Kudos" as we say, means " as you can say", it is very clear that it is not just qualified immunity, civil law suit and human rights, but the video shows "From the Very Start and the very Beginning" of the video shows everything!!!, So the Question is. What is the LAW?

  4. In most 1st World Democracies. Noise levels for work or entertainment is between 07:00am and 22:00 hrs. Unless a Local authority issue a limited certificate.
Its never a civil police issue.
But an Local authorities civil enforcement unarmed officers.

  5. These clowns could never take a person down in a one on one fair fight, they always swarm on the person with tasers and spray. Then they stand around and pat each other on the back about how tough they are. What a joke!

  6. 10 commandments of LEOs:
    1: give me your ID
    2: you're disrupting
    3: I'm investing and you're too close
    4: resisting!
    5: I told you so
6: you're not detained, yet you can't go
7: we have an anonymous person making a complaint
8: hey, I was just trying to talk to you man to man or I was trying to be nice (officers are NOT your friends)
9: you think you're right, but I am
10: arrests for disorderly conduct bc they ain't got shit else.

Bs, end qualified immunity, sue officers that have to pay out of salary, not taxpayers, and, instead of abolishing police, advocate for reform and education.

    When will it end

  7. To me it seemed that these cops were harrassing the gym owner since he mentioned that he had been through all of this in the past and he uttered a complaint that they should not stand in front of the gym as their presence was disturbing the mother classes. I assume that these are classes for mothers that try to get their body back into shape after giving birth. These women are obvious quite conscious about their bodies and the changes which pregnancy and birth have brought with them. Thus such classes that early in the morning and I feel it is reasonable for the gym owner to demand that the cops leave (and since it appears to be not the first time, it is understandable that he is upset.) as it wwould potentially hurt his business. I can understand that women feel uneasy when cops stand outside of the gym and cast pervert glances (at least one of them) at these women.

  8. Know for everyone watching do you understand stand why the people don't want to deal or interact with police??? Because there not your friend and there not there to serve and protect?? So why are they there to arrest and take your money and your life if possible!! So don't call them and if you have to say as little as possible dont help them investigate thats there job say as little as possible.. probably don't talk at all because they wanta arrest you in pound your car steal your belongings and walk away laughing because they enjoy ruining people's lives now do you get it???

  9. These US police officers have no common sense, they do not think or rationalize and apply their own country constitution and law. To serve and protect is the police motto. Where is the serve as in service to public and protect means do as reasonable possible to not harm.

  10. "In accordance with Illinois failure to identify law, you don't have to provide formal identification to police officers, but you must identify yourself to police officers if they have reasonable suspicion and believe you may have committed a crime or are in the process of doing so." Yelling and swearing at police isnt a crime unless you issue threats. These officers merely retaliated because they dont like his gym.

  11. So…is it a public place if a membership is required? Anyone can go into a restaurant, but for access to the gym, you need to register and pay. Therefore, it is a private gym and not a public space?

  12. Charging someone for resisting arrest doesn't even make sense unless there are other charges that warranted said arrest. If there are no other charges that just doesn't make sense because they were trying to arrest him for what? Unless they wanted to 'try' him by trying to arrest him for nothing hoping that he would oppose it and then they would finally have some charges against him – resisting arrest. I know it sounds paranoic and conspiracy-theoric but I don't know what other explanation could apply in those cases.

  13. There is still a higher level. "Whatwver you to the least of My brotheren, that you do unto Me". This is the Person who's declaration "Ler there be light!" produced all that the JWST detects.
Each officer takes an oath of office "so help me god". Christ telld us not to take oaths on the throne of heaven. It's not yours to commit, He is not your guarentor, Heaven has it's own agenda. Nore on you intent, you cannot guarentee that you will not suffer a stroke before complete your declered intent.
So the officer has taked God's bame in vain. Worse than uttering it with a slew of vulgarities with some dissapointment.
These are Mortal sins! And require confession or similar and including a firm purpose of amendment. No repeats!!!
This is eternal flames of hell. Punishment worse than the tortures or right pannel of Hieroninous Bosch's three part alter piece.
