  1. Correct,..you take your victims as you find them. In addition, I believe the officer was wrong for choosing to cite the Deacon unless there was film footage that showed conclusively him being in the wrong. As you can see the black car rolled past the “limit line”, allegedly against a red light and into the intersection in front of the white pick up truck. Most likely the driver of the car was rolling through the intersection, making a right hard turn, through a red light without stopping. While the driver turned his gaze to the left looking for oncoming traffic the accident occurred. Remember at a stop sign or a red light you must come to a complete stop and only proceed when it is safe to do so. Tell me now, who was at fault?

  2. An unnecessary casualty. However, make no mistake. You’re getting arrested if you refuse to sign a traffic citation. There’s this thing called implied consent to adhere to lawful orders as a vehicle operator. A supervisor’s presence doesn’t change that.

  3. Here you go again, saying that YouTube won't let you post raw footage. You're obviously doing something wrong or you just want traffic at your blog. Go to the police activity channel and watch people being shot and killed, completely raw and uncensored. it really sucks that we can't see the footage of the topic of discussion. And completely detracts from the excellent content that you provide. Stop blaming YouTube just because you want an active blog. WTF.

  4. When most Americans think of the Nazies they usually think of the German Third Reich. Freedom is scary, deal with it while mastering the emotions behind such police lunacy, realizing that the Nazies Gang Storm Troopers are now growing ever more in our own country.

  5. I know in Florida there is no harm in signing for a ticket. It states at the point of signature that – paraphrased “this is not an admission to guilt but only acknowledging the receipt of the ticket”.
    I am ok with that.
I don’t know about other states.
Not condoning LE in this case but hoping people become aware.
