  1. She was wrong AF. This wasn't an exigent circumstance? I don't understand how her civil rights were violated. The police actually viewed a video and saw the suspect with the knife in her hand. They had an RAS, right? What part was wrong?

  2. also why do they say shots fired with not saying who did the shooting it should be a different saying for if they did the shooting vs. otherwise, they come in guns a blazing thinking they're being shot at

  3. they cops really need to identify and explain themselves immediately if they are truly just doing an investigation…she wasn't aiming at any cop she was trying to get away from them.

  4. I don't think the cops should be shooting guns in this one, UNLESS she was trying to run the cop on the lawn down. If he thought he could stop her by stepping in front of her car, then that was his bad judgement.

  5. The cops are at fault. They never try to de-escalate things. For whatever reason the woman didn't want to get out of her car. Big deal. She is sitting there with no weapon and isn't going anywhere. Why can't they ask their questions with her sitting there? It's all about a power trip for these cops. They only need to grab her if they decide to make an arrest and she still refuses to get out. At this point there was no reason to have her get out of the car. She wasn't going anywhere. Now the woman is to blame too. I can't imagine why she would be trying to call someone when the cops are trying to talk to her. Unless it was her lawyer or maybe dad to talk about the cops being there. I don't think any crimes were committed until after the cops got there. The cops were not threatened and had no right to shoot at her. The woman was acting bizarre and probably having mental issues but these cops were on a power trip. They should be fired. Cops should never shoot at a car in a urban area like that unless it is absolutely necessary. Bullets can hit bystanders or ricochet and go anywhere. This was not necessary. They knew where she lived and they probably had her license plate #.

  6. Seems many cops are psycopaths. Psycopaths like to work in places where they can have some power over other people and make them suffer. Like in the government and big corporations, military, also surgery doctors..

  7. Cops use the old “they were trying to run us over” BS for a long time, but when cops jump on hoods, or intentionally get in the way makes me think they just want to shoot. In this case I don’t even think she saw the cop in the yard. On the flip side this chick is nuts. Once she was fleeing down the road those shots were not necessary

  8. Are we watching the same video??? The car was pointed in and moving toward his direction. This shoot looks to be an awful but, lawful shoot. The totality of circumstances leads me to understand the position of these officers.

  9. Hello. I believe that the officers had the right to use deadly force, but only when the car was traversing the front lawn and the officer was evading it. After the car sped down the street, the officers had no right to fire at the car.l

  10. at 12:55 she clearly had her vehicle pointed at the officer and accelerating. I usually see good info on this channel but here it is clear that she was at the least a fleeing felon. She had brandished a deadly weapon at 2 people after breaking into their backyard, then refused a lawful command to exit the vehicle, which there is RAS that she is armed.

  11. The problem as far as I am concerned is where did those 10 rounds the officers fired wildly, go? I could easily see one of those rounds going through a wall and killing a child. Yet, there is never a mention of where those rounds went, or if the officers even bothered themselves with a consideration of their backstop when they unloaded.

  12. It would seem to me they really overreacted in this situation. Firing a gun in a residential area seems quite dangerous. They caught her after she was shoot, wouldn’t they have caught anyhow without firing a shot luckily no serious injuries. If one those shots had killed her I would think there would have been a lot of regret on the officers part and something would had to live with the rest of their lives.

  13. I am a retired cop. Our dept policy said you could not fire at a vehicle or from a vehicle. They could have spent a little bit more time talking to her before they escalated to pulling her out of the car.
