Why is it illegal to defend yourself from the beatings that officers take such pleasure dealing out in the proformance of their duties. How is it fair that they can beat you into submission, but if you try to defend yourself, you have committed a felony?Where is the qualified immunity for defending yourself from these uniformed bullies? He told the guy he didn't need to put his shoes on because, "you're not going anywhere," then telling him in the same breath that he was probably going to jail for failing to provide his ID. Seconds later he orders him out of the car, telling him to get on the ground, and only then telling him he was under arrest after he had escalated to a violent physical attack.
