Donovan Sheppard entered a guilty plea last week to multiple charges of molestation, rape, and exposing someone to AIDS. Oklahoma authorities say the woman Sheppard was living with held him at gunpoint after she caught him assaulting her 12-year-old daughter. I really wish people like Chris Hansen could help get the law for knowingly exposing someone to HIV in California changed. In California, it's a misdemeanor. So this heinous element of the case is basically considered no big deal in California, which is appalling.
