john.. don't get mad at me… but i love when this happens for the 1st time to good clean upper middle class folk – because it's the only way for the truth to be properly spread!! other wise people like this will just simply remain blind to this unbelievable truth. The one cop that arrested her was a prick, the rest were cool. I think even the sergeant knew he was out of bounds
here is the arguement I believe she could make being a lawyer, the subject was a minor and she had contacted his father, that she was acting "probono" as the minor's "legal guardian" . if the father is willing to say he gave her permission to act on his behalf, I dont think it will "alleviate" her irrationality. but could lend some legal credence to her actually being there.

I don't agree with Attorney evaluations. You can file for civil rights before the state court is completed.
I did. The police are not getting qualified amunity.
Also we did a hand writing forensic analysis on the Magistrate who purported sign the warrant subsequently. The warrant was forged.
Make sure to check everything. Cops are criminals dressed up with a gun on their hip and they are dangerous.

She's totally out of line……
She was clearly assisting the 17 year old who was in the accident. Those 2 officers are completely out of line and violated her Constitutional rights. She was being a good Samaritan and was clearly involved by trying to offer assistance by speaking with the young man's father to keep him informed of what was going on with his son.
