Being a cop is as easy as being a truck driver, standard need to be a heck of allot higher, period, and 38 months,?? He'll serve less than half, he should be in for at least 10 yrs,
Cops need 360 body cams that cannot be muted , turned off, and if covered an alarm needs to sound, if during search, the camer does not catch everything, then it shall not be admissible in court

We've heard this story many times. Corrupt cops have been allowed to run amok with no accountability. They make unlawful stops, illegal searches, theft of money and drugs and finally get caught. I still can't understand why prosecutors and judges let corrupt cops off lightly with minimal sentences?? All those charges and there should have been multiple more charges.

Going to jail for a license plate violation sounds unreasonable
The officer should get the maximum sentence under this law. This guy probably destroyed lives. There should be no chance that he can ever hurt anyone else.
