Video shows a Chick-fil-A delivery driver fighting off an armed robber who smashed through the drive-thru window on July 1. Kevin Blair credits his self-defense training for keeping him alive after the suspect pointed a gun at his head and told him to open the safe. Blair wrestled the suspect until he eventually ran out the door. Police later arrested 53-year-old Tommie Lee William in connection to the incident. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie breaks it down.

  1. Aways remember you have legs, if your this close a simple leg sweep will ruin a day, especially for someone taller and lighter than the defender

  2. I'm exhausted just watching that. Did anyone see that pair of scissors on the table? If I was that worker, the suspect would have been trying to figure out if he should pull it out of his neck or leave it there.

  3. Don't call him "suspect". Call him correctly, criminal. The narrator is all over the place. She first says that he is a delivery guy at the wrong place at the wrong time, not an employee. Then she says "he's an employee". Very unprofessional.

  4. Constructive criticism: Pick one word to describe each combatant and stick to it. Otherwise, your play-by-play is a little confusing. You called the criminal "suspect ," "gunman," and "would-be robber
." And you called the victim "worker," "employee," and "delivery man." Were there six people involved or two?
