If cops stop vehicles for speeding and their motive is to get people to slow down and it’s not about generating revenue. Then they should welcome people to flash their lights and warn others. If it causes them to slow down and think then flashing your lights has done the same exact thing with out the extra danger involved with an actual traffic stop. This just goes to show the mentality of a lot of the officers. They have been allowed to get away with way too much.

I certainly think that a lawsuit over civil rights violation is absolutely called for. I think that would send a message that you have to follow all of the constitution instead of the part she liked. I do think that the citizens of this county should kick the sheriff out of office at the ballot box because otherwise The only person that can remove a sheriff or at least in South Carolina the only person that can remove a sheriff from office is the governor of the state and he has to have sufficient grout which I feel this is sufficient grounds because of violation of the first and fourth amendment.

The only reason why the arrest was not completed is because the driver said that he was being arrested for laughing. That must've snapped the officer back to reality and decided that he wouldn't look very good on review. Fortunately, he didn't use an unreasonable amount of force.
